We started as a dream in 2002, 14 years later it became a pilot program, and 30 days later this dream became a reality! TR 4 Heart and Soul gives their participants the chance to make that impossible dream ...possible and the chance to take life by the reins. We have 15 dedicated horses and over 100 hours of volunteer service each week that show up at the barn each and every day with positive attitudes and caring hearts ready to make dreams come true! Like one cowgirl said as she was leaving her wheelchair, "Who needs to walk when you can ride?"
